Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, 2-2-3 Schedule)

What You’ll Get:

What You’ll Do:

As aMaintenance Tech, you'll play a vital role in keeping ourproduction equipment, buildings, and facilities running efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

🔧Performing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on PLC-controlled systems.
⚡Diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
🛠Conducting preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
⚙Fabricating and machining parts to improve equipment performance.
🔩Assisting with installation and modification of new and existing equipment.
📏Using precision measurement and diagnostic tools for troubleshooting.
🦺Following all safety protocols, including Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO).

What We’re Looking For:

✔5+ years of industrial maintenance experience OR a relevant degree/certification
✔Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills
✔High School Diploma or GED required
✔Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

What is a 2-2-3 Schedule?

Work12-hour shifts on a rotating pattern:

📅Week 1: Work Mon-Tue, off Wed-Thu, work Fri-Sun
📅Week 2: Off Mon-Tue, work Wed-Thu, off Fri-Sun
