AbleLight is currently hiring a Case Manager, for our Adult Group Family Homes, for the Washington County, OR, market.

Knowledge:Theoretical or practical understanding of a subject acquired and increases through experience.

Proficiencies developed through training, practice, or experience.

Abilities:The level and quality of being able to do something improved with training and experience

Responsibilities:

• Ability to handle complex case management issues and problems, Ability to identify and implement creative solutions and solve complex, challenging and changing situations.

• Articulate and confident; must possess poise and show discretion and the highest degree of confidentiality and ethics.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to understand nuance and adapt communication style based on the audience and situation.
• Excellent organizational and ability to plan project and complete satisfactorily
• Excellent decision-making and conflict resolution skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or commensurate experiences
• 4 years of Case Management experience
