Line Cook

We are hiring for a Full-Time Line Cook with a wage range of $15.00 - $20.00 at our location in High Prairie, AB.

Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes

• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food products

• Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation

• Properly prepare and store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures

• Handling customer service inquiries and providing an exceptional customer experience

• Embrace and champion the use of real ingredients to produce real food

What you Bring: 

• Knowledge of the basic principles of food preparation, smokehouse cooking, various cooking methods, and food safety regulations

• Experience as a prep or line cook is preferred

• Warm and welcoming personality

• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

• Comfortable working during peak food-retail hours (i.e. evenings, daytime, weekends, and holidays)

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
