Store Manager in Training

We are hiring for a Full-Time Store Manager in Training with a wage range of $70,000 - $90,000 at our location in Alberta.

Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Lead all departments harmoniously to:

  • Create exceptional customer experiences

  • Increase profitability and reach the goals and objectives of each department

• Inventory Management through weekly ordering, record and invoice management, and leading quarterly inventory counts

• Schedule Team Members to ensure that customer and department needs are met

• Ensure company standards are met storewide and department programs are followed

• Implement effective recruiting while maintaining a high-performance work team

• Complete performance reviews, departmental records, etc. to gauge store progress

• Train, develop, and motivate Team Members

• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns and complaints, and provide an exceptional customer experience

What you Bring: 

• 3 years minimum management experience in the retail food industry

• A history of meeting financial objectives and targets in a retail environment

• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong Google Suite skills and the ability to quickly learn new computer programs

• Exceptional communication, organizational,  and interpersonal skills

• Effective critical thinking and conflict resolution skills

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs

• Must be able to relocate to rural Alberta within 1-2 years
