What You Will Do:

• **Lead the lab squad!** Take charge of a shift or team and orchestrate pre-analytic and post-analytic specimen and order processing like a pro—keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently.
• **Mentor and inspire** other lab assistants to master laboratory procedures and become competent team players who take pride in their work.
• **Keep the team on track** by overseeing staff as they perform routine laboratory procedures and support services with excellence.
• **Champion quality and consistency** by ensuring everyone follows established procedures and protocols in your laboratory section—no shortcuts, just solid teamwork!
• **Communicate with clarity and confidence** with your team members and supervisors, fostering an open and collaborative environment where everyone thrives.

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate clearly.
• Demonstrated reliability and self-starter attitude.
