As our ServiceSupervisor,you will successfullydrive the service business operations for your territorywhileworking in collaboration with your customer and peers. Your mission is topromote a positive culture surrounded byaccomplishing safety and quality goalsto achieve customer satisfactionandprofitablebusiness results. 

You will bring  2+ years of relevant maintenanceexpertiseas well assupervisory experienceideallyleading aunion represented workforceto our KONE family and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field. You will use the knowledge gained when obtaining your associates’ degree inarelated field oradditional years of experience.

Annual Base Pay Range: 

The hiring range for this role is$131,400 - $172,515.The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. 

Variable Compensation 

KONE Annual Bonus plan at15% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
