Installation Supervisor

What You’ll Do:

• Superviseandcoordinateelevator,escalator,orbuildingsystemsinstallationactivitiestoensureproductivity,quality,andsafetytargetsareachieved.
• Leadinstallationteamsondesignatedprojects,ensuringinstallationsarecompletedontime,withinbudget,andaccordingtocompanystandardsandmethodologies.
• Plan,schedule,andmonitorinstallationactivities,manpowerallocation,equipment,andmaterialrequirementsthroughoutprojectexecution.
• Reviewprojectdocumentation,technicalspecifications,andinstallationplanstoensuresuccessfulprojectdelivery.
• Coordinatewithprojectmanagers,customers,subcontractors,andinternalstakeholderstoensuresmoothprojectexecutionandeffectivecommunication.
• Monitorinstallationprogress,identifypotentialrisksordelays,andimplementcorrectiveactionswhenrequired.
• Ensurematerials,tools,andequipmentareavailableanddeliveredaccordingtoprojectschedules.
• Conductsiteinspectionsandqualitycheckstoensurecompliancewithtechnicalspecifications,regulatoryrequirements,andcompanystandards.
• Supportbudgetmanagementbycontrollinginstallationcosts,monitoringresourceutilization,andcontributingtoprojectforecastingactivities.
• Ensurefullcompliancewithcompanypolicies,safetyregulations,installationprocesses,andqualitystandards.
• Lead,motivate,anddevelopinstallationteams,promotingacultureofsafety,accountability,andcontinuousimprovement.
• Buildandmaintainstrongcustomerrelationshipswhileensuringahighlevelofcustomersatisfactionthroughouttheinstallationprocess.
   

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor'sdegreeinMechanicalEngineeringisa minimum must-have qualification.
• Experienceinelevator/escalatorinstallation,construction,buildingautomation,HVAC,orarelatedtechnicalindustry.
• Provenexperienceinsupervisingtechnicalinstallationteamson-site.
• Strongleadershipandpeoplemanagementskills.
• Excellentplanning,coordination,andorganizationalabilities.
• Strongtechnicalunderstandingofmechanicalsystemsandinstallationprocesses.
• Customer-focusedmindsetwiththeabilitytobuildpositiverelationshipswithinternalandexternalstakeholders.
• Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills.
• Effectivecommunicationandstakeholdermanagementskills.
• GoodcommandofEnglish,bothwrittenandspoken.
• Commitmenttosafety,quality,andoperationalexcellence.
