We are seeking a creative and collaborative Industrial Designer II to join our Design & Engineering team.

Your role here
As an Industrial Designer II, you will help bring custom packaging concepts to life by developing innovative, functional, and visually compelling solutions. Working closely with customers and cross-functional teams, you will create manufacturable packaging designs, photorealistic renderings, and sustainable packaging solutions that meet both customer and business goals.
Your experience and background
- Experience using 3D CAD software, preferably SolidWorks, to develop packaging or product designs.
- Background creating realistic renderings using KeyShot or similar software.
- Ability to compose solutions that balance functionality, appearance, sustainability, and cost.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas to different audiences.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, decoration methods, and manufacturing processes.
- Interest in sustainable packaging and environmentally responsible design practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively alongside customers and diverse internal teams.
- Experience supporting projects from concept through production.
- Interest in packaging trends, innovation, and continuous learning, graphic design, and AI.
- Graduating with a degree in Industrial Design or working in the Industrial Design or Package Design field with 3-5 years of experience.
