Working closely with plant leadership, operations, supply chain, and finance teams, you will provide valuable financial insights, coordinate cost accounting activities across multiple sites, and help identify opportunities to improveprocesses,controls,andreporting.Thisrolerequiressomeonewhoiscomfortableoperatinginadynamicinternationalenvironmentandadaptingtotheuniquechallengesandrequirementsofdifferentmanufacturingfacilities.

EssentialJobFunctions:

• ActastheprimaryCostAccountingbusinesspartnerfortheWilliamsport(PA)andMapleton(IL)manufacturingsites.

• Providefinancialinsightsandcostanalysistosupportoperationalandstrategicdecision-making.

• Leadinventoryaccountingactivities,includingcyclecounts,inventoryreconciliations,andannualphysicalinventories.

• Overseestandardcostingprocessesandmaintaintheaccuracyandintegrityofproductcostdata.

• Prepareandreviewmonth-endjournalentries,inventoryadjustments,andplantfinancialreporting.

• Monitorinventoryperformance,includingslow-movingandobsoleteinventory,andrecommendcorrectiveactions.

• Identifyanddriveprocessimprovementinitiativestoenhancefinancialcontrols,reporting,andoperationalefficiency.

• Partnerwithplantleadershipandcross-functionalstakeholderstosupportcostoptimizationandperformanceimprovementinitiatives.

• Ensurecompliancewithinternalcontrols,auditrequirements,andcorporatefinancialpolicies.

• Coordinatecostaccountingactivitiesacrossmultiplemanufacturingsiteswhileadaptingtotheirspecificoperationalneeds.

Qualifications&Experience:

• 5+yearsofCostAccounting,PlantAccounting,orManufacturingFinanceexperiencewithinindustrial,chemical,specialtychemicals,consumergoods,orsimilarmanufacturingenvironments.

• Strongexpertiseininventoryaccounting,standardcosting,manufacturingvariances,andfinancialanalysis.

• Provenabilitytopartnerwithoperations,coordinateacrossmultiplesites,andidentifyopportunitiesforcontinuousimprovement.

• Highlyadaptable,proactive,andcapableofinfluencingstakeholdersinacomplexinternationalmanufacturingenvironment.

• FlexibletosupportUS-basedmanufacturingoperationsacrossCentralandEasterntimezones,withtheambitiontogrowintoafuturePlantControllerorControllingleadershiprole.
