Workingcloselywithinternalstakeholdersandexternallogisticsproviders,youwillhelpensureinvoiceaccuracy,resolvediscrepancies,supportmonth-endactivities,anddriveprocessimprovementsacrosslogisticsandfinanceoperations.

Essential Job Functions:

• Process,review,andvalidatefreightandlogisticsinvoicesforaccuracyandcompliancewithcontractualratesandsupportingdocumentation.

• Reconcilecarrierandvendorinvoices,statements,andaccounts,ensuringtimelyresolutionofdiscrepanciesandoutstandingbalances.

• Investigateandresolvebillingissues,includingratevariances,duplicateinvoices,missingdocumentation,andpaymentdiscrepancies.

• Serveasakeypointofcontactforcarriers,logisticsproviders,andinternalstakeholdersregardinginvoiceandpayment-relatedmatters.

• PartnerwithLogistics,Finance,Procurement,andAccountsPayableteamstosupportefficientinvoiceprocessingandissueresolution.

• Prepareandmaintaintransportation-relatedaccrualsandsupportmonth-endcloseactivities.

• Monitorfreightspendandprovidereportingandanalysisontransportationcosts,liabilities,andinvoicetrends.

• Maintainaccuraterecordsanddocumentationinaccordancewithcompanypoliciesandfinancialcontrols.

• Identifyopportunitiestoimproveinvoiceprocessing,reconciliation,andpaymentworkflows.

• SupportspecialprojectsandcontinuousimprovementinitiativesacrossLogisticsandFinance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor'sdegreeinSupplyChain,Logistics,Finance,Accounting,BusinessAdministration,orarelatedfield.

• Experienceinlogistics,transportation,freightaudit,invoiceprocessing,accountspayable,orasimilarrole.

• Stronganalyticalskillsandattentiontodetail,withtheabilitytoidentifyandresolvediscrepancies.

• ProficiencyinMicrosoftExcel;experiencewithSAP,PowerBI,orsimilarsystemsisanadvantage.

• Abilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesandmeetdeadlinesinafast-pacedenvironment.

• Strongcommunicationandcollaborationskills,withtheabilitytoworkeffectivelyacrossteamsandwithexternalpartners.

• FluencyinEnglish(writtenandspoken);Spanishproficiencyisaplus.
