Kitchen Assistant – TRIA Café, Fitzgerald’s Park
About the Role
We’re hiringKitchen Assistants to support our back-of-house team. You’ll assist with food prep, dishwashing, and keeping the kitchen running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy kitchen environment, enjoys being part of a tight-knit team, and takes pride in cleanliness and organisation.
You must be available to work full time between the hours of 8am and 3pm Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
Support chefs with basic food prep tasks
Ensure the kitchen and prep areas are kept clean and tidy
Wash dishes, kitchenware, and equipment
Help with stock deliveries and storage
Follow hygiene and food safety procedures
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Team player with a can-do attitude
Some experience in a kitchen is helpful, but not essential
Full training will be provided
