We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Troy, United States. Based at 427 Edwardsvillle Rd, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our valued customers throughout the community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring timely, safe, and professional delivery of products while building positive relationships with customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, values efficiency, and enjoys working independently while being part of a collaborative team.

• Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products to customers within assigned routes and timeframes
• Navigate routes using GPS technology and map applications to optimize delivery efficiency and minimize travel time
• Maintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service during every interaction
• Inspect vehicles daily for mechanical issues, cleanliness, and safety compliance; report maintenance needs promptly
• Handle packages and products with care, ensuring they arrive in excellent condition
• Collect payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate delivery documentation
• Communicate proactively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and vehicle operation standards
• Organize and prioritize multiple deliveries to meet daily performance goals
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic mobile technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages safely
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic
• Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
• Valid proof of vehicle insurance and registration
