Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:Take phone and in-person orders in a friendly, professional manner.

• Order Entry: Accurately enter orders using the computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Food Prep: Prepare pizzas and side items to product standards.

• Inventory:Restock ingredients and organize storage areas, including the walk-in cooler.

• Maintenance:Help keep the facility and equipment clean and operation-ready.

Requirements:

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.

• Bike Skills: Must be able to ride a bike safely and proficiently.

• Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times.

• Reliability: Must be punctual and available to work nights and weekends.

• Background Check: Ability to pass a background check.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

• Physical Capability: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, carry items up to 30 lbs, and perform precise hand/finger movements.

• Environmental Exposure: Work in fast-paced environment with temperature extremes (36°F to 500°F), exposure to food fumes, dust, and occasional outdoor weather conditions.

• Sensory & Mental Requirements: Near/mid-range vision, depth perception, ability to hear and speak clearly, and capacity to work under stress while maintaining quality standards.
