Role Overview
As a Clinic Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth registration, check-in, and check-out processes. Your role is critical in maintaining accurate patient records, verifying insurance, and facilitating financial discussions, all while providing exceptional customer service in a clinic setting.

What You Will Do
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and insurance verification.
- Handle cash collections and discuss general financial responsibilities with patients.
- Reconcile patient charts and manage discharge processes efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and medical staff in person and over the phone.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform calculations, complete forms, and extensively utilize computer information systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work with detailed information and multitask effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interactions with diverse populations.
- Basic computer skills, including navigating software, email, and logging in/out of systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with a clinic environment.
