Full Time Days
40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
The start time could vary. For this position, the regular hours will be 9a - 5:30pm. It could change occasionally to 7a-3:30pm or 11a-7:30p depending on the scheduling needs. Work every other weekend and every other holiday.

Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse, you will lead the coordination and delivery of compassionate patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. You will support patients, families, and the healthcare team by effectively communicating and finding solutions to ensure patient goals are met. Your role is critical in maintaining the highest standards of care and making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

What You Will Do: - Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering compassionate patient care. - Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. - Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families. - Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team. - Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.

What You Will Need:Required Qualifications: - Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. - Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. - Health care provider certification (BCLS). - Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans. - Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. - Effective communication skills with patients, families, and hospital personnel.Preferred Qualifications: - BSN preferred.
Looking for full-time vascular access RN with experience in inserting peripheral lines, midline and PICC line insertion. Chemo certification required within 6 months of hire
