Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of our clinic, creating positive first impressions and ensuring seamless patient experiences. You'll manage critical front-desk operations while supporting our clinical team in delivering outstanding care. • Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming clinic environment from the moment they arrive
• Perform accurate patient registration, verify insurance information, and explain financial responsibilities in a clear and empathetic manner
• Handle cash collections, process payments, and reconcile financial transactions with precision and integrity
• Manage patient charts, coordinate discharge processes, and maintain detailed records in compliance with clinic protocols
• Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing responsibilities while managing frequent interruptions with composure and flexibility
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to optimize clinic workflows and support team goals
• Respond to patient inquiries and concerns with patience and professionalism, escalating issues appropriately when needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with software navigation, email communication, and system login/logout procedures
• Demonstrated ability to perform calculations accurately and complete forms with attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with patients, staff, and visitors
• Proven ability to work with detailed information, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience in a healthcare or similar professional setting
• Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
• Understanding of patient confidentiality and commitment to maintaining professional discretion

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare environment
• Familiarity with insurance verification processes or willingness to learn
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems or medical office software
• Certification in customer service or healthcare administration
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy requirements
