Creative Copywriter

Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)

Salary:Starting at $800 USD/month during trial, moving to $1,000 USD/month on successful completion

Stability: Long-term, full-time seat on a growing, collaborative team.

About the Role

We're looking for a B2B technical copywriter who can take complex subject matter in a regulated industry and turn it into clear, credible, and compelling content.

This is not a creative-agency or social-first role. You'll be writing white papers, industry reports, newsletters, and sales assets for a business audience, translating technical and compliance-heavy topics (anti-piracy, brand protection, cybersecurity-adjacent) into language the right buyer actually wants to read.

You'll work closely with our design and marketing operations teams, and you'll have the autonomy to own your work from brief to final piece.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Long-form B2B content: Writing white papers, industry reports, and sales assets that make technical topics digestible.
  • Newsletters and email: Crafting newsletters and a lighter amount of email/campaign copy for a business audience.
  • Web and landing pages: Refreshing and writing web copy that balances brand voice with clarity.
  • Writing to the buyer: Adjusting tone and complexity to match the ICP, knowing when to write for an expert vs. when to explain a concept simply.
  • Owning the process: Researching your topic, finding your sources, and coming back with questions or a finished draft, not waiting to be told each step.

What We're Looking For

  • B2B experience. You've written for business audiences.
  • Mid-level: 3–5 years. You work autonomously, flag when you're behind, and don't need to be micromanaged through a draft.
  • Technical / regulated-industry writing. Experience translating complex, technical, or compliance topics into clear content. Backgrounds in any regulated or technically dense field are a strong signal.
  • Resourceful. You research before you write. Candidates must come to the interview having researched Ruvixx, what we do, who we serve, and who the buyer is.
  • ICP awareness. You understand the concept of a buyer persona / ICP and can speak to how you'd write differently for different readers.
  • Feedback as a gift. You take constructive criticism without taking it personally, and you carry it forward so the same note doesn't come up twice.
  • Quality over speed. You'd rather take a bit more time and deliver something strong than turn around fast, sloppy work. AI slop is an instant no.

How to Apply

Send your CV and a portfolio link. Prioritize samples that show B2B, technical, or long-form work (white papers, reports, newsletters) over creative/social pieces.
