Company is seeking aTableau Developer with strong data visualization and analytical expertise to transform data into meaningful insights and compelling stories. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with 5+ years of experience who excels at building Tableau dashboards, performing exploratory analysis, and partnering with stakeholders to drive informed decisions.

This is acustomer-facing role, requiring the ability to collaborate directly with internal business partners and external stakeholders to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations usingTableau
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights
• Performexploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
• Write and optimizeSQL queries across multiple environments to validate data accuracy
• Design and buildaggregates and semantic layers for high-performance reporting
• Apply best practices in dashboard design, usability, and performance
• Support migration fromQlikView to Tableau, ensuring data integrity and consistency
• Validate data quality and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies
• Document dashboards, metrics, and data flows for governance and scalability
• Train and support end users on BI tools and reporting best practices
• Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and models for reporting

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience inBusiness Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Reporting
• Advanced proficiency inSQL (multi-dialect experience preferred)
• Expert-level experience withTableau
• Strong understanding ofdata warehousing, data lakes, and lakehouse architecture
• Experience buildingsemantic layers and performance-optimized reporting datasets
• Familiarity withcloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge ofdata visualization best practices and dashboard performance tuning
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience withQlikView to Tableau migration
• Experience working withmodern cloud data platforms
• Background indata modeling and reporting optimization

Work Environment

• Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite in our Scottsdale, AZ office and 1 day remote
• Collaborative, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment
