Role Objective

To driveonline sales growth, conversions, and repeat purchases across:

• Brand Website (Shopify / WooCommerce)

• Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)

• Social Commerce (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and executeD2C and marketplace growth strategies

• Manageperformance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and marketplace ads

• Optimizeconversion rates, ROAS, CAC, AOV, and customer retention

• Handleproduct listings, pricing, promotions, and visibility on marketplaces

• Drivesocial commerce sales through Instagram and WhatsApp marketing

• Track performance metrics and share actionable growth insights

• Collaborate with design, tech, logistics, and customer support teams

Key Skills & Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience ine-commerce / D2C growth or performance marketing

• Hands-on experience withShopify or WooCommerce.

• Strong understanding ofmarketplace operations and ads

• Proficiency inGoogle Ads & Meta Ads

• Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
