We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced F&B professional to join the team at Novotel Sheffield Centreas ourFood & Beverage Managerand take the lead of a busy hotel operation in the heart of the city. Thisfull-time positionoffers a salary of£37,000 per annum plus benefits.

We're looking for a passionate and commercially minded Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our restaurant, bar and event catering operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while delivering ambitious revenue targets that are central to the hotel's commercial success.

Situated in Sheffield city centre, Novotel Sheffield Centre is ideally located for both business and leisure travellers, placing you at the centre of one of Yorkshire's most vibrant and evolving cities.

The Role

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead all aspects of the hotel's F&B operation, creating memorable experiences for guests while driving performance, profitability and team engagement. You'll work closely with the wider leadership team to deliver operational excellence, maximise commercial opportunities and maintain the highest service standards throughout the guest journey.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing all Food & Beverage operations across the hotel
• Delivering exceptional service standards and memorable guest experiences
• Managing departmental budgets, payroll and cost controls
• Driving revenue growth and maximising commercial opportunities
• Recruiting, training, developing and inspiring your team
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety and food hygiene regulations
• Maintaining high operational standards across all outlets
• Contributing to the overall commercial success of the hotel as a key member of the leadership team
• Representing the Novotel brand

About You

We're looking for an experienced hospitality leader with a passion for delivering outstanding service and developing high-performing teams. Experience in a Food & Beverage Manager role, or a similar senior hospitality management position, is essential together with strong commercial awareness, excellent organisational skills and a hands-on approach to leadership.

Hotel experience is highly desirable, along with a proven ability to manage costs, drive performance and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
