Deli Assistant - Full-Time

Londis Castletroy is currently seekingFull-Time Deli Assistants to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and serving fresh food, maintaining high food safety standards, and delivering outstanding customer service in a busy deli environment.

• Provide a friendly, efficient, and welcoming service to all customers

• Prepare, present, and serve deli food to a high standard

• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in line with HACCP procedures

• Ensure counters, displays, and food preparation areas are clean, well-stocked, and presented to company standards

• Monitor product quality, freshness, and stock rotation to minimise waste

• Assist with deliveries, stock replenishment, and inventory control

• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner

• Follow all health and safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the smooth operation of the deli

• Undertake other reasonable duties as required by management

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative

• Self-motivated, reliable, and customer-focused

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail

• Availability to work morning and evening shifts, Monday to Sunday
