Associate Structural Engineer-UAE Nationality (Bridges & Tunnels)

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Responsibilities:

• Performs a variety of structural engineering duties.
• Responsible for the development of structural analysis and design computations, drawings, material quantity take-offs, and estimates.
• Under close supervision in the utilization of engineering theories and practices, develops the creation of engineering products that meet customer quality requirements.
• Performs various engineering and design assignments requiring the application of basic principles and fundamental theories studied in a four-year university engineering program, and available data in the engineering field.
• Provides support for other engineering activities as required.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum1of related structural design work experience mainly inbridgesand tunnels.
• Working knowledge in utilizing CAD and other PC software packages associated with structural modelling, analysis and design typically CSi Bridge, Midas Civil, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SP column, Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Good communication skills in English
