Work Culture

• 37hr working week, although hours may vary depending on role, job requirement or site-specific arrangements.
•  Early 1.30pm finish Friday, start your weekend early!

About the role:

We are seeking a high‑potentialIBP & Workforce Planning Analyst to play a key role in strengthening and evolving our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) capability. This is a high‑impact role that goes beyond coordination, offering the opportunity to embed best‑in‑class planning disciplines, influence strategic decision‑making, and shape the future of IBP and workforce planning across the organisation.
