• Pay:$17.00 - $18.00 per hour (DOE)
• Schedule:We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We're looking for an organized, and customer-focusedService BDC Administrator to join our Service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working around vehicles and takes pride in creating a great customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming service calls and assist customers with scheduling and service inquiries.
• Make outbound follow-up calls, appointment confirmations, and service reminders.
• Schedule service appointments to support shop efficiency.
• Update customer information and maintain accurate records in dealership systems.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment details, vehicle status updates, and service recommendations.
• Monitor service leads, emails, and online inquiries.
• Support Service Advisors and the Service Department with administrative tasks.
• Deliver a professional and welcoming experience with every customer interaction.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of customer service
• Cash handling experience
• Efficient typing skills with a focus on accuracy
• Basic math skills for simple calculations
• Comfort learning new systems
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
