The Opportunity

We’re looking for anenergetic, positive, people-focused Nurse Manager who thrives on change, loves leading others, and is excited to build something great.

This role leads our nursing float pool, supporting staffing needs across our Kansas and Missouri metro facilities as well as our critical access locations. The ideal leader is atrue change agent who brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a solutions-focused mindset to every challenge.
