Senior Graphic Designer (remote)

We are looking for aSenior Graphic Designer remote to join the M+C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment team and work primarily across the Marjan account.

Working closely with the Social Media Director, Senior Social Media Manager and wider creative and production teams, the role will lead the design development and day-to-day visual output across Marjan’s portfolio of brands and destinations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Create high-quality social-first design assets across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant platforms.

• Develop campaign visuals, carousels, stories, static posts and adapted social formats.

• Translate brand guidelines into engaging and platform-relevant creative.

• Work across multiple Marjan brands while maintaining a clear and distinct visual identity for each.

• Partner with social and creative teams to turn ideas into strong visual executions.

• Adapt global or master campaign assets for local and social use where required.

• Support fast-turnaround reactive content and cultural moments.

• Work closely with motion and video editors to ensure consistency across static and moving content.

• Manage multiple design requests and deadlines across a high-volume content calendar.

• Review junior or supporting design work where required and help maintain a strong creative standard.

• Support presentations, pitch materials and campaign development where needed.

• Contribute ideas and visual references during brainstorms and creative reviews.

The ideal candidate will have5+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within an agency, lifestyle, hospitality, destination or social-first environment.

They should have a strong portfolio showing digital and social work, excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly across multiple brands and formats.

Experience in motion design or basic animation is a strong advantage. UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
