Hiring: Parts Advisor

• Pay: Commission-Based with an earning potential of $3400-$4000 per month.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday during the training period then transition to Tuesday-Saturday after training.

This position is located onsite in Salem Oregon and reports to the Parts Manager.

What You'll Do

As a Parts Advisor, you will help provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers by:

• Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with accurate parts identification and ordering
• Manage inventory, maintaining an organized parts department
• Process orders and ensure seamless delivery
• Build relationships with customers and vendors
• Promote parts and accessory sales to maximize revenue
• Maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards

What You'll Bring

• Experience in a high-volume automotive parts environment
• 1+ years of experience with automotive systems and parts cataloging (Vw experience is ideal)
• Customer service capabilities and confidence with upselling products
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Willingness to grow within the company
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
