WeareseekingatalentedandorganizedTemporary JuniorGraphicDesignertojointheProposalsteam.Thisrolewillprovideessentialdesignandproductionsupportforhigh-valueproposals,presentations,andpitchmaterials. 

The Junior Graphic Designer will assist with creating visual mock-ups, editing and scanning images, maintaining the team’s imagelibrary,andrefiningproposalsacrossAdobeInDesign,MicrosoftPowerPoint,andFigma.Theidealcandidatehasstrongtechnicalskills,meticulousattentiontodetail,andtheabilitytoproducepolishedworkwithinafast-paced,deadline-drivenenvironment. 

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Assistwiththecreationofvisualmock-upsforproposals,presentations,andotherpitchmaterials.

•  Edit,retouch,resize,crop,color-correct,andprepareimagesforprintanddigitaluse. 

• Scanartworkimagesandsupportingmaterials,ensuringfilesareaccuratelycaptured,labeled,andorganized. 

• Helpmaintainandorganizetheteam’simagelibrary,includingsourcing,filing,tagging,andarchivingvisualassets. 

• Format,refine,andcleanupproposalsinAdobeInDesign,ensuringconsistencyacrosstypography,imagery,spacing,andlayout. 

• SupporttheproductionandformattingofpresentationsinMicrosoftPowerPointandFigma. 

• Updateexistingtemplatesandadaptlayoutsforindividualclients,collections,andbusinessopportunities. 

• Incorporatedesigneditsandstakeholderfeedbackaccuratelyandefficiently. 

• Conduct detailedquality-controlcheckstoensureallmaterialsarevisuallyconsistent,accurate,andpresentation-ready. 

• Prepareandpackagefinalfilesforprinting,digitaldistribution,andinternalreview. 

• Maintainorganizedprojectfiles,templates,anddesignassets. 

• ProvidegeneraldesignandproductionsupporttotheProposalsteamasneeded. 

What you’ll bring to the team 

• Bachelor’sdegreeingraphicdesign,visualcommunication,orarelatedfield. 

• Strongportfoliodemonstratingproficiencyintypography,layout,imageediting,andpresentationdesign. 

• ProficiencyinAdobeCreativeSuite,particularlyInDesign,Photoshop,andIllustrator. 

• StrongworkingknowledgeofMicrosoftPowerPointandFigma. 

• Experiencewithimagescanning,retouching,filepreparation,anddigitalassetorganization. 

• Exceptionalattentiontodetailandcommitmenttoaccuracy. 

• Strongorganizationalandtime-managementskills. 

• Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectsandshiftingprioritiesundertightdeadlines. 

• Collaborative,responsive,andcomfortableincorporatingfeedbackfrommultiplestakeholders. 

• Aninterestinart,design,luxury,orcultureispreferred.
