Join our Order Management team in ahybrid role that combinesend‑to‑end order management with hands‑on support forautomation and digital solutions. This is a pivotal position supporting our partners, where you will help deliver critical Patient Monitoring solutions to hospitals across the region.
You are responsible for
End‑to‑end Order Management for the Nordics region, ensuring accurate and timely execution of customer orders
Proactive monitoring and follow‑up of orders and customer requests, providing clear and timely updates on order status
Managingcredit notes, billing disputes, and related financial order corrections
Processing and coordinatingwarranty claims and product returns
Providingdirect customer support and acting as a trusted operational partner for customers
SupportingKey Account Managers with daily order‑related and operational activities
Monitoring and supportingautomated order processes
Analyzing order data andkey performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Drivingcontinuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce exceptions, and enhance customer experience
Collaborating cross‑functionally withSales, Logistics, Planning, Production, Finance, and Automation teams to ensure smooth order execution
You are part of theHospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) Order Management team, working in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and international environment. The team focuses on efficiency, automation, and customer satisfaction while supporting critical healthcare deliveries across the region.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need
University degree
1-2 years of experience withinSupply Chain (especially Order Management),logistics,sales support, customer serviceor a related field
Fluent English
Experience withSAP(preferred)or another ERP system
Excellent MS Excel skills (including pivot tables) and strong proficiency in otherMicrosoft Office applications
Openness to working withAI‑enabled tools, automation, and digital solutions, and a willingness to adopt new technologies
Aproactive problem‑solver mindset with strong analytical and data‑driven thinking
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability toprioritize effectively, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role isPLN71,200.00 – PLN94,933.33. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
This role is eligible for 10% short term incentive, with your rewards linked to company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
