Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Independently analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues.

• Collaborate with R&D and System Test (ST) teams to identify and deliver solutions for customer-reported problems.

• Drive technical discussions and solution implementation at customer sites.

• Provide technical support for telecom cloud and packet core solutions.

• Participate in deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

• Willingness to travel based on business requirements.

• Flexibility to work in shifts (Morning /Noon shifts) when required.

• Ability to thrive in a customer-facing and fast-paced technical environment.

Preferred Experience

• Telecom Core Network, EPC, or Cloud Native Network Functions (CNF/VNF) support experience.

• Exposure to Kubernetes, OpenStack, Docker, and cloud-based telecom deployments.

• Experience in customer support, operations, or technical services within telecom environments.
