Operations Supervisor – Airport Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily airport transportation operations, including arrivals, departures, shuttles, private transfers, dispatch, and guest services.

• Supervise and develop frontline operational teams, ensuring high performance and accountability.

• Plan staffing, fleet allocation, and operational resources to meet service demands.

• Monitor operational performance, guest satisfaction, safety, and productivity.

• Respond to operational challenges, guest service issues, and emergencies with sound decision-making.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

• Act on behalf of the Airport Operations Manager when required.
