Summary

The Corporate Strategy Manager plays an important role within the Strategy function, driving the Group's long-term vision and strategic planning. Reporting to the VP Strategy, this role requires strategic thinking, solid understanding of the luxury industry, and strong analytical skills. The Manager will collaborate closely with top management and contribute to the overall Group’s value creation by driving strategic initiatives.

What you'll be doing  

• Collaborate with C-Level executives to shape the Group's long-term vision and strategy

• Partner with VP strategy on the strategic 3-year plan and identify key requirements for its execution

• Work closely with the Finance division for annual budgeting, assessing operational and strategic performance

• Evaluate and support strategic initiatives and ventures across various sectors and regions

• Lead category projects, from scoping to execution, ensuring high-quality outputs with accuracy and attention to detail

• Analyze the internal business challenges by synthesizing and challenging data to develop strategic recommendations

• Collaborate with the Intelligence team to leverage market data and stay updated on global and regional luxury trends and understand their impact on the Group’s environment

• Start building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and ensuring long-term partnerships

• Develop innovative and practical solutions to complex business problems, leveraging industry best practices

• Present complex recommendations to senior leadership in a clear manner, driving decision-making

• Lead and empower team members to ensure growth and development, fostering a culture of excellence

• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance the team's analytical and strategic capabilities 

What you’ll need to succeed  

• 6-8 years of experience in corporate strategy, top-tier management consulting, or a related field

• Demonstrated experience in managing high-performing teams, multiple stakeholders in complex projects

• MBA or master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar

• Experience in strategic planning with strong business acumen

• Proficiency in corporate operations and procedures

• Robust financial modeling skills and advanced financial acumen

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving expertise

• Solid knowledge of the luxury, beauty, and fashion retail industries

• Excellent communication skills, with expertise in presenting complex ideas

• Familiarity with market research and data analysis techniques and visualization

• Collaborative mindset with experience working with senior stakeholders

• Strong project management skills with a focus on accuracy and detail

• Proactive, hands-on approach with a curious mindset and collaborative team spirit
