As aSpecialist Closing, a typical day will include:  

• AnswerOwner questionsregardingtheuse of properties and location amenities; make recommendations given the background information obtained on theOwner through discovery. 

• Develop andmaintain records on customer contacts and use that information to support effective follow-up opportunities. 

• Advise Sales team on issues related to ownership contracts (e.g., titles, financing, pre-approval).   

• Ensure that signed contractpaperwork isaccurate andcontains all necessary information and documentation.  

• Respond to Sales team requests related to contract status, such asadditional informationrequired, follow-up needed, or tracking.   

• Uses Sales techniques that maximize revenue whilemaintaining existing guest loyalty, including up-selling.

• Develop andmaintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments. 

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. 

• Partner with andassist others to promote an environment of teamwork and achieve common goals. 

• Always follow company policies and safety procedures. 

To Become aSpecialist Closing at MVW:  

• Available to worka flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. 

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. 

• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to10lbs withoutassistance. 

• Position may require background and drug screeningcontingent on company policyin accordance with applicable legal requirements.  

• May be asked to operate company vehicles following our company policies and standards (including but not limited to golf carts). 

• Notary License Required:  associate must have notary license active and in good standing by the end of six (6) month introductory period, from date of hire.
• Florida Real Estate License
