Provide value to the manufacturing business by designing and developing customised solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform.
Primarily focussed around the CRM applications, this role will support the current live services, whilst also contributing to the future solution that is being rolled out globally. Â
Key Responsibilities and Outcomes:Â
Design, develop and implement customized solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform in line with best practicesÂ
Develop solutions from business requirements Â
Troubleshoot existing functionality and provide fixesÂ
Follow the software development lifecycle to design, code, test and deploy new featuresÂ
Mentor junior members and knowledge share with the teamÂ
Help drive the maturity of the development team in the area of D365 developmentÂ
Work within an Agile team and contributing to the methodology’s ceremoniesÂ
Contribute to, and maintain technical documentation and training material where requiredÂ
Ensure solutions conform to Rotork’s security standardsÂ
Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM technologies and toolsÂ
Qualifications & Technical knowledge:Â
EssentialÂ
University degree or relevant experience in industry Â
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, and integrationÂ
Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modulesÂ
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate)Â
Ability to create clear documentation of all current processes and newly added processesÂ
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to set expectations and deliver solutions in a timely and effective mannerÂ
Desirable Â
Knowledge of the workings of a manufacturing businessÂ
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certifiedÂ
Experience with Azure Services and Microsoft 365Â
