Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and consult with customers professionally
• Listen to customer concerns and document repairs accurately
• Conduct pre-write-up vehicle inspections
• Coordinate with technicians and parts for efficient repairs
• Provide repair estimates and explain services to clients
• Schedule appointments and manage workflow
• Keep customers updated on repair progress
• Process payments and review completed services
• Build lasting customer relationships

Qualifications / Requirements:

• 2+ years service advisor experience preferred; will train the right candidate
• Strong customer service, communication, and organization skills
• Basic understanding of automotive repair and maintenance
• Positive attitude and team-oriented
