Role Summary:
Leads complex multi-workstream HRTech transformation programs, providing strategic project governance, executive client partnership, and cross-team leadership at scale. Carries competency leadership accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program & Portfolio Leadership:Lead large, complex multi-workstream HRTech programs. Define program governance structures, frameworks, and reporting cadence.
- Executive Stakeholder Management:Manage C-suite and senior executive stakeholder relationships across client and RA. Lead steer co presentations and drive program decision-making.
- Strategic Risk Management:Anticipate program-level risks and design mitigation strategies. Lead escalation response for critical program issues.
- Team Development & People Leadership: Build and develop high-performing project management teams. Coach Project Managers and drive continuous PMO capability uplift. Define team KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and design development plans.
- PMO Excellence:Drive continuous improvement across PMO standards and practices. Contribute to RA's delivery frameworks and intellectual capital.

- Bachelor's degree: MSP or PMP required or Product recommended Project Management Certification (preferred).
- 10–15 years of project/program management in large-scale HRTech transformations.
- Proven ability to lead programs with multiple workstreams and geographies.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record in people development and team capability building.
- Certifications: PMP / MSP / PRINCE2 Practitioner (required) or Product recommended Project Management Certification (preferred).
