Role Summary:

Owns end-to-end module delivery, leads client workshops, drives solution architecture decisions, develops junior talent, and ensures project quality and timely delivery. Carries mandatory team leadership accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support. Lead module-specific workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities.
  • Solution Architecture:Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations. Provide expert guidance on configuration strategy and system optimization.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders. Drive milestone sign-offs and manage escalations effectively.
  • Team Leadership & Mentoring:Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams. Mentor team members and support their HRIS certification journeys. Conduct regular 1:1s and provide structured, actionable feedback.

  • Process Ownership: Leads end-to-end module or functional process delivery.
  • Integration Oversight: Owns end-to-end integration validation and troubleshooting.
  • QA Governance:Owns QA cycles; sets standards and review discipline.
  • Project Reporting:Owns project reporting and drives transparency across stakeholders.

  • • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • • 2–4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience.
  • • Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
  • • Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
  • Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).
