SOC/NOC Operations Manager - CONTINGENT

ROGERCO, Inc. (RCI) is seeking an experienced and dedicated Security Operations Center (SOC)/Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager to join a team supporting the administration of programs on behalf of a Federal agency. In this role, you will manage around-the-clock security and network monitoring and direct day-to-day operational workflows. This is a Hybrid role based in Washington, DC, with potential for remote work. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee integrated 24x7x365 SOC and NOC monitoring operations
• Manage operating processes, operational reporting, and performance consistency
• Ensure staffing coverage and shift coordination

Qualifications:

• Experience: 10 years of related experience (preferred)
• Certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or relevant incident response or security operations certification (required)
• Managerial experience a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be a United States citizen.
