Senior Operations Manager

The Senior Operations Manager will oversee and support the General Managers in executing the day-to-day operations of both company and franchise-owned restaurants within their assigned region. This role is crucial in ensuring that all locations meet the company’s quality, service, and profitability standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving operational success.Â
This role will report directly to the Vice President of Operations
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Operational Oversight:Â Ensure all restaurants in the region adhere to company standards and policies through regular visits and virtual inspections.Â
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze restaurant performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.Â
- Training and Development:Â Provide ongoing training and support to restaurant managers to enhance their skills and performance.Â
- Compliance: Ensure all locations comply with health, safety, and labor regulations.Â
- Franchise Relations: Support franchisees in achieving their business goals and maintaining brand standards.Â
- Beverage Program Oversight:Â Directly manage and develop our beverage program.Â
Travel RequirementsÂ
- Senior Operations Managers are required to visit each restaurant within their region 3 – 6 times per year, depending on performance, to ensure operational standards are met and to provide support to the restaurant managers.Â
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.Â
- Fluency in English is required and proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred.Â
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a multi-unit role.Â
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Â
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Â
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.Â
- Experience developing or managing a bar or beverage program is preferred.Â
