We are now looking for aRebate Management Specialistto join our team inUPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland.

What you will do

Take full responsibility of the rebate process across assigned markets and customer portfolios
Proactively collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient rebate setup
Work closely with the sales organization, providing expert support on all rebate-related matters
Prepare and deliver periodic reports for customers and internal sales teams
Monitor and review customer account information to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Generate billing documents in compliance with applicable tax and legal requirements
Drive and implement continuous process improvement initiatives

Who you are

Hold a relevant university degree
Possess strong English skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrate the ability to clearly justify and communicate professional decisions
Show enthusiasm for problem-solving, experimentation, and continuous learning
Thrive in a complex, multitasking environment with strict deadlines
Take initiative, demonstrate accountability, and maintain a hands-on approach
Exhibit strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support and collaborate with others

Additional information

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaborationin Wrocław.

The position holder will report to Team Leader, Rebate & Billing Operations.
