Rather than building curriculum or managing logistics, youâll lead high-impact training experiences that help leaders and employees actually change how they work. Youâll begin with executive teams, earning C-suite buy-in and proficiency before expanding throughout the organization.

What Youâll Do
Drive Real AI Adoption
- Design and deliver sessions that change how people work the very next day.
- Measure success through lasting behavior change, not audience satisfaction.
Demonstrate AI in Action
- Lead with live demonstrations before explanations.
- Tailor every demo to the clientâs real workflows and business challenges.
- Build credibility through authentic, unscripted examples.
Adapt to Every Audience
- Read the room and adjust your approach based on audience readiness.
- Help confused audiences understand the âwhy.â
- Help anxious audiences build confidence through smaller steps.
- Navigate skeptical audiences using credible peer examples and practical proof.
Stay at the Forefront of AI
- Continuously stay current on AI platforms, feature releases, and best practices.
- Ensure every training session reflects todayâs capabilitiesânot outdated information.
Improve the Training Methodology
- Capture patterns from client engagements.
- Identify where learners struggle, what resonates, and why.
- Provide actionable feedback that continuously improves the companyâs training approach.
Who You Are
- Experienced presenting to executive audiences through senior leadership training or a high-performance professional background.
- Able to command a room through demonstrated expertise rather than slides or credentials.
- A daily AI user who relies on AI tools as part of your own workflow.
- Passionate about staying current with AI platforms, capabilities, and emerging best practices.
- Able to quickly understand new industries, businesses, and client contexts.
- Confident handling challenging questions and maintaining credibility under pressure.
- Skilled at encouraging participation, highlighting success stories, and creating momentum across groups.
- Focused on removing barriers to AI adoption before motivating behavioral change.
- Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
