Corporate Security, Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments, site reviews, and risk evaluations to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support security incident response, investigations, reporting, and corrective action efforts.
• Provide security consultation and guidance to business partners, project teams, and site leadership.
• Support workplace security programs, emergency preparedness initiatives, and security awareness efforts.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Technology, business leaders, vendors, and law enforcement agencies on security-related initiatives.
• Administer and support physical security systems, including access control, CCTV, video management, alarms, and visitor management platforms.
• Support security technology projects, system enhancements, and vendor-led installations and upgrades.
• Assist with security planning for corporate events, construction projects, workplace changes, and other business initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen security operations through process improvements, technology, and best practices.

Critical Skills

• Risk Assessment & Security Operations Ability to identify security risks, conduct assessments, support investigations, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Relationship Management & Communication Ability to build strong partnerships, influence stakeholders, and communicate security guidance effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Physical Security & Technology Working knowledge of enterprise security technologies, including access control, CCTV, video management systems, and physical security best practices.
