Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilledRegistered Nurse (RN) to providehigh-quality, patient-centered care in our skilled nursing environment. This role is essential in ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee direct nursing care based oncare plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes appropriately
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation inPointClickCare (PCC)
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care outcomes
• Ensure compliance withstate and federal regulations

Qualifications

• Current, activeRN license in South Carolina (in good standing)
• CurrentCPR certification
• Must maintain all required continuing education
• Experience inskilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Experience withPointClickCare (PCC) preferred
