Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

* Greet guests warmly and present menus.
* Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
* Accurately take food and beverage orders using a POS system.
* Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and efficient manner.
* Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
* Clear plates and reset tables.
* Process payments accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and server stations.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
* Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
* Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications:

* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
* Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
* Basic math skills for handling payments.
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
