Responsibilities:
• Lead and enhance the company's compliance program
• Advise business and corporate functions on a wide variety of commercial and corporate legal, compliance and regulatory matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate reinsurance treaties, program agreements, master services agreements and other commercial and corporate agreements
• Monitor developments in insurance laws and regulations and advise stakeholders accordingly

Qualifications:• 6–10+ years of relevant legal experience, ideally including experience with an insurance carrier
• Strong knowledge of insurance compliance and P&C regulatory frameworks
• Experience and proven success communicating with senior leadership and leading complex workstreams
• Excellent communication, business partnership, and judgment skills
