At Stagecoach, our Bus Depot Service Assistants play a vital behind-the-scenes role in keeping our buses clean, safe, and ready to hit the road. You’ll be an essential part of a supportive team that helps make sure thousands of people get to where they need to be, every single day.


What you’ll be doing:


Charging our new fleet of buses
Driving (shunting) vehicles safely around the depot and parking them correctly
Cleaning the interior and exterior of our vehicles, including deep cleans
Keeping our premises tidy and hygienic, including washrooms
Carrying out vehicle changeovers, breakdown support, andcollecting/delivering vehicles or parts when needed
Logging vehicle mileages and completing daily checks on equipment
Supporting your team and contributing to a safe, efficient depot operation


What we’re looking for:


A PCV license is mandatory for this role
A positive, can-do attitude and pride in doing a job well
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to keeping things clean and safe
A team player who communicates clearly and supports others
Willingness to learn, we’ll train you on everything you need to know
