Ridango is the software operating system of choice for public transportation providers globally, specialising in automated fare collection, real-time passenger information systems, automatic vehicle location tracking, employee apps, school transport, and data intelligence to enhance the efficiency, accessibility, and sustainability of local authorities, operators & passengers.

About the Role

We are looking for a commercially minded growth & demand marketing leader to transform the function into a pipeline growth enablement machine. Supporting sales motions with digital content, generating demand with targeted campaigns, and turning marketing into a measurable growth engine are just some of the challenges on the table. You are welcome to apply if you have: 

• 5–7 years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a SaaS, fast-paced or start-up technology business.
• Proven ability to build a growth and demand marketing to support lead generation and pipeline growth in fast growing tech company
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and performance marketing.
• Experience managing websites, digital channels, campaigns, and external agencies.
• Native Estonian speaker with professional proficiency in English.
• Commercial mindset: understands how marketing drives pipeline, revenue, and growth.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination across sales, product, and leadership.
