Join our dynamic team at Domes Resorts and play a key role in supporting our Finance team to drive business growth. This multifaceted role seeks a Financial & Data Analyst professional, being capable of analyzing financial performance, evaluate investment opportunities, and turn data from reliable, validated sources into clear insights that support decision-making in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with:

• Analyze historical and current financial and operational data to understand the company's financial position.

• Collect, validate, and consolidate data from trustworthy internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
• Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and reports that give leadership real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare financial performance reports tailored to the needs of leadership.
• Develop predictive financial models and forecasting tools that automate data analysis and support organizational decision-making.
• Study and analyze trends, forecasts, and market benchmarks to inform recommended actions.
• Analyze processes and data flows to identify gaps and opportunities to improve profit margins.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that enable management teams to make strategic decisions and meet business goals.

Experience, certificates, and education:

• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in finance, economics or statistics.
• A good knowledge of applicable accounting and reporting standards (e.g. IFRS, Greek GAAP, Greek chart of accounts).
• Strong finance, analytical and accounting skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and source validation.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to present findings clearly to non-financial audiences.
• Very good operational and problem-solving skills, accompanied by a hands-on approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek.
