JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Tech Service Representative to Carry out Routine Maintenance (Cleaning Beer Lines in Bars & Restaurants on a planned routine schedule).


Install and maintain draught equipment in order to keep our draught beer to industry-leading standards.


They will also install and maintain other dispense equipment from our portfolio of brands.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform scheduled maintenance calls to customer premises to clean beer lines and maintain draught beer equipment.
  • Install Taps, Fonts and the fixtures and fittings required to dispense draught beer, and other products.
  • Respond to emergency call outs, and repair or replace dispense equipment.
  • Deliver high quality standards to all aspects of the role.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain high standards of appearance, behaviour and discipline.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities which management deem appropriate.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in cleaning draught beer lines in bars or restaurants is an advantage but not a requirement as full training will be provided.
  • Strong communication skills are essential and will be needed when dealing with account managers and staff.
  • They must be able to work unsupervised and complete journey plans in a planned, and in the most efficient manner possible.
  • Candidates must be eligible to drive in Ireland and have a full clean driving licence.
  • They should have a strong customer focus and be able to maintain a high level of productivity in all aspects of the role.
