Position: Leasing Coordinator & Social Media Specialist
Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
Hours: US hours (9am-5pm EST)
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Property Leasing & Social Media Coordinator to support leasing operations, tenant communication, property marketing, and social media coordination for a growing property management business.
This role combines leasing coordination, tenant support, administrative management, and social media coordination. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and confident managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing Coordination
- Respond to leasing inquiries from prospective tenants via email, phone, and online platforms
- Coordinate and schedule property viewings
- Assist with rental applications, leasing administration, and tenant onboarding
- Advertise available rental units across rental and property platforms
- Maintain accurate leasing records, communication logs, and tenant documentation
- Follow up with prospective tenants and support occupancy goals
Tenant Coordination & Support
- Serve as a point of contact for tenant communication and support
- Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate updates to tenants
- Maintain professional and positive tenant relationships
- Ensure timely responses to tenant and leasing inquiries
Social Media Coordination & Marketing Support
- Coordinate and maintain the company’s social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook
- Schedule and publish property listings, company updates, and marketing content
- Respond to social media messages and online inquiries professionally
- Support online marketing initiatives and lead generation activities
- Assist with basic SEO optimisation for listings, captions, and online visibility
- Coordinate marketing content for available units and community highlights
- Previous experience in property leasing, property management, tenant coordination, administration, or customer service preferred
- Experience coordinating social media platforms in a professional environment
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
- Proficient with email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and social media platforms
- Experience with CRM systems or property management software advantageous
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic administrative and computer skills (email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools).
- Professional, friendly, and solutions-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working U.S. hours
